TERMS OF RESERVATION
When the reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before the start of accommodation, the actual amount paid as signal will be effectively transformed into credit, valid for 60 (sixty) days after the date of cancellation, for another time on request.
Cancellation in the subsequent hours will be considered “no show” without the right to a refund of booking or conversion into credit.
The withdrawal in the course of stay or package, implies total payment preestablished.

- Children up to 5 years old are exempt from fares since they are accompanied by two paying adults. Two children under 5 years old, extra bed is charged;
- We do not charge additional fees in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reimbursement of payment in advanced when it is already in possession of the Lodge, will only be done when the cancellation of the reservation happen with a minimum of seven (07) days prior to the check-in date (high season).
